All copy, images, garment illustrations, campaign material, and product photography featured on this website are the exclusive property of The Book of Exodus and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. This includes our wordmark THE BOOK OF EXODUS, our collection names BASILEIA, ENDTIME, and EX·ESS, our product names, and the BOE monogram. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials for any purpose, including the sale of counterfeit goods, is strictly prohibited without express written permission. Violators may be subject to legal action. For inquiries regarding the use of our images or names, please contact us at thexoduscollection@gmail.com.

ONLINE STORE USE

By using this site you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to transmit any virus, worm, or code of a destructive nature. A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the site.

SECURITY

For the safety of your personal information, The Book of Exodus store uses Shopify Payments and Stripe as payment gateways, together with SSL certificates, to encrypt information passed to and from the website during registration and checkout. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser window when SSL is activated.

DISCLAIMER

The Book of Exodus's ambition is for the website to always be up and running, however we cannot guarantee this. We cannot guarantee that all products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available, you will be contacted by email shortly after placing your order.

Due to the colour settings of your device, the colours of the products shown in the pictures on this site can differ from their actual colours. The Book of Exodus cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

PRICE CHANGES

The Book of Exodus reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The price of a product will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.

PAYMENT

The Book of Exodus accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Card payment is made with our partners Shopify Payments and Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We also accept Shop Pay and PayPal where available.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges will be added to your order. Please view our Shipping page for information on your specific shipping charge.

During drop launches and sale periods, due to the increase in order volume, please allow 2–5 days extra for deliveries. Free shipping does not apply during certain drops at our discretion.

DELIVERY

If you're having your order delivered to an apartment, condominium, or other shared address, please note that couriers may leave parcels in communal lobbies, mailrooms, or parcel-holding locations to ensure delivery. By placing an order, you agree that delivery to your building's communal area counts as successful delivery.

IMPORT DUTY

CANADA, US, EU & UK

For orders shipped to Canada, the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, we send them with duty paid (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid) where available, meaning there are no extra charges for import duties or VAT upon delivery.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR US VISITORS: cross-border duty rates and thresholds are an ongoing situation that we monitor closely, and checkout duties are subject to change without notice. Any applicable charges will always be shown to you before you complete your order.

REST OF WORLD

For orders shipped outside Canada, the US, the EU, and the UK, orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This may trigger a customs inspection depending on the destination country's regulations. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order; however, customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, or other charges, which are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee how long customs clearance will take, as this varies by country. You are responsible for paying any applicable import charges imposed by your local customs authority.

In the event that any order is undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of redelivery.

CURRENCIES

The Book of Exodus cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or exchange rates your bank may apply when converting CAD, USD, EUR, or GBP into any other currency.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

The Book of Exodus will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.

DISCOUNT CODES

The Book of Exodus reserves the right to refuse discount codes on certain items, including newly released pieces, runway capsules, limited-edition drops, and all sale items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are handled separately under our Returns Policy. In brief: returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition with garment tags intact; runway capsules, limited editions, and sale items are final sale. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through this store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to customers residing in the EU or UK under the laws of their country of residence.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We welcome any comments about our service so that we can improve what we are doing. We aim to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please email our team stating clearly that you are making a complaint. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within a few working days, either resolving it or providing a timescale for resolution.
